What happens after an error is reported?

Record the exact claim
The request should identify the affected URL, the sentence or value in question, the proposed correction and a supporting source where possible.

Compare the evidence
The editorial team checks the live page, captured review scope, current destination and the most relevant primary source. A request is not accepted solely because it supports a preferred commercial outcome.

Correct the affected content
Confirmed factual errors are corrected where they appear. Related metadata, structured data, internal references and sitemap modification dates are updated only when affected.

Publish the change record
The page’s editorial record states the date and nature of a material update. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be corrected without changing the factual review date.

A statement that was accurate when reviewed but no longer matches the publicly visible destination or terms.

A broken link, inaccessible label, typo, layout problem or unclear wording that affects understanding but not the underlying fact.

Retention & transparency
How reports are handled
Correction reports are retained in the site’s WordPress administration area for up to 90 days. The public page records confirmed material changes, but private reporter details are not published. Spam, threats, promotional submissions and requests without an identifiable claim may be dismissed.
